We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience in skilled nursing for a travel position. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the care and assessment of patients
  • Monitor patient vitals and track changes in condition
  • Support patients with daily activities and mobility
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and staff

Qualifications

  • Active LPN license
  • Proven experience in a skilled nursing setting
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
