Duration:
13 to 26 weeks

Hours:
Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Schedule:
Open to 4x10 shifts; must be available for 2 evenings per week (until 7pm)

Productivity:
55-63 patients per week

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings - New graduates are not accepted

Additional Information:
- HealthStream Modules will be assigned 1 week prior to the start and must be completed before beginning the position. They take 3 hours or less to complete.
