Role Overview:
We seek a qualified physical therapist to join our team. The selected candidate will deliver therapeutic services with precision and care, enhancing the quality of life for patients by helping them regain mobility and manage pain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques for improved patient mobility and strength.
- Evaluate and adjust treatment plans to suit patient progress and changing conditions.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of patient progress and any modifications to treatment plans.
- Educate patients on maintaining improved mobility and reducing pain through exercise.
- Uphold the highest professional standards of care through continued learning and adherence to protocols.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid physical therapy license in practicing state.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with a diverse patient population.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare staff.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize treatment in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to professional development and ongoing education.
