Job Requirements and Comments

• Travel Requirements: Must be able to float between specified campuses. Arizona residents are not eligible for assignments in any Arizona facility.

• Flexibility: Candidates who are flexible with locations, shifts, and departments have a higher chance of securing an offer quickly.

• Responsiveness: Candidates should be ready to accept assignments immediately. Notify us promptly if a candidate withdraws or becomes unavailable.

• ICU Experience: A minimum of 24 months of ICU experience is required, with recent experience within the last 12 months.

• Certifications: Must possess life support certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.

• Licensing: No infractions on state licensing to practice.

• Time Off (RTO): RTO must not exceed 7 days and there should be no RTO during the first week of assignment.

• Residency Verification: A valid driver's license is required to verify residency.

• Travel Experience: Highly preferred.

Compliance and Profile Requirements

• Background Check: Strict adherence to all background check standards is mandatory.

• Documentation:

• Complete specified cover page.
• Resume must include details of facilities, departments worked in, trauma level designation, and number of beds.
• Completion of an ICU skills checklist within the last 12 months.
• Active professional practice license verified in the last 30 days.

• Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications from an approved vendor.

• Driver's License: Required for verification purposes.
