Overview

This position requires a proficient professional to work in a Level 1 Maternal and Level 1 Newborn facility, involved with various aspects of Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) care. The facility manages monthly deliveries ranging from 12 to 25 newborns and approximately 200 annually, with over 1200 outpatient visits per year.

Requirements

• Licensure: Must have an active California RN License with no hits on the state license to practice.
• Experience: A minimum of 24 months of Labor and Delivery experience is required, with recent experience in the last 12 months.
• Certifications:
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• STABLE Program
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) or Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN)
• Compliance: Must adhere to all background check standards; review compliance requirements promptly.
