Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in ER
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (Mandatory)
• Experience with ventilators
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Capability to multi-task efficiently
• Awareness of potential to float to MS or ICU units

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' clinical conditions, identify serious situations, prioritize, and take appropriate actions.
• Initiate emergency measures when necessary in the absence of a physician.
• Operate and monitor emergency care equipment such as infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, and cardiac monitors.
• Share responsibilities for maintaining adequate supplies and equipment, ensuring general upkeep of the unit, and preserving a safe environment.

Behavioral Characteristics:

• Demonstrated expertise in emergency room nursing with at least 2 years of relevant experience
