Population Served: Birth to geriatric, including orthopedic and athletic populations.
Contract Duration: 13 to 26 weeks
Weekly Guarantee: 40 hours
Productivity: 55-63 patients per week, with treatments typically scheduled at 2 per hour and evaluations at 1 hour each.
Work Schedule Options: 5x8, 4x9+4, or 4x10 shifts. Must be available for two evenings per week until 7:00 PM.
Cancellation Notice: 30 days
Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Raintree
Experience Required: Minimum of 3 months outpatient experience or 1 year of experience in other settings post-clinicals.
Pre-Assignment Requirements: Completion of three HealthStream Modules. Agency reimbursed with proof of completion and at least one shift worked.

- Monday: 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM
