Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and understanding of the process.
- Follow established protocols and safety standards to ensure patient and staff safety.
- Assist radiologists with various procedures and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Stay updated on advancements in technology and procedures to provide top-notch service.
Qualifications:
- Certification from an accredited radiologic technology program.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
- Proficiency in radiographic equipment and techniques.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to position patients accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and solve equipment problems promptly.
Work Environment:
