Responsibilities

• Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients’ charts.
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is completed promptly and thoroughly.
• Stay informed about the developments within the field of nursing and utilize the best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a registered nurse in a medical-surgical setting.
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• Strong understanding of patient care within the medical-surgical environment.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
