Submission Guidelines:

• Candidates with previous permanent or per diem staff experience cannot travel at this hospital, regardless of the time elapsed.
• Healthcare professionals can only be submitted to one position at a time within this system.
• Full Social Security Number, Date of Birth, and Request for Time Off must be provided.
• Prior travel experience is preferred but not required.
• No self-scheduling; schedules will be based on facility needs.
• No block scheduling allowed.
• New York State license is required at the time of submission; however, screening can occur without it.
• Candidates will be screened if they have at least 1 year of experience in the specialty unless specified otherwise.

Orientations:

• RN/LPN orientations occur bi-weekly. ER RNs have orientation every other Tuesday. All other RNs/LPNs orient every other Monday.
• Allied orientations are held weekly on Mondays.

Attire:

• Scrub color and shoe information will be provided.
• No artificial or gel nails and no chipped polish are allowed.

General Information:

• Covid and flu declinations are accepted.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or American Red Cross can be obtained prior to the start date.
• All compliance documents are due 7 days prior to the start date.
• Electronic Medical Record system used is Cerner.
• All travelers are required to float to units within their competencies.
