Medical/Surgical/Telemetry (MedSurg/Tele) Travel Nurse Position

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create patient care plans.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions regularly.
• Utilize telemetry equipment to track patients' heart rates and vital signs.
• Assist in preparing patients for medical procedures.
• Provide support and information to patients undergoing surgery or recovering from surgery.
• Participate in the evaluation of patients’ responses to interventions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient-related information.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a medical/surgical/telemetry nursing role preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and other healthcare technologies.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
