Responsibilities:

• Assess and triage patients in the emergency room
• Provide critical care to patients experiencing emergencies
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to appropriate personnel
• Manage multiple patients and prioritize care in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize medical equipment effectively and accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency room nursing
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic setting
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with high acuity patients
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
• Previous travel nursing experience

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced emergency room setting
• Collaborative team atmosphere
• Requires standing and walking for extended periods
