- Two years of experience in a home setting within the last fifteen years
- Recent experience conducting comprehensive assessments of patients
Job Summary
Candidates must be capable of reviewing health status questions, making evaluations, and determinations based on specific criteria for enrollment. Must be proficient with technology and possess knowledge of the theory, principles, and practices of general professional nursing, as well as state and agency laws and regulations. Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential, including the ability to engage with multi-generational consumers and demonstrate sensitivity to others' concerns. Candidates must be able to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments and execute multiple complex tasks simultaneously while working independently.
