Description

Unit Notes

Required: EPIC experience, 2+ years outpatient experience, previous travel experience.
Work with 8-10 patients daily.
Conduct 45-minute treatments and 75-minute evaluations.
Majority of patients have orthopedic conditions; caseload includes adults to geriatrics and sports-related rehab.
Typical diagnoses: neck/back pain, ankle sprains, total joint rehab, rotator cuff rehab, ACL rehab, knee arthroscopies, general arthritis conditions, and some stroke rehab.
Preferably work four 9-hour days per week.

Requirements

Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in Ohio.
CPR and BLS certifications required.
Able to use electronic documentation (EPIC).

Schedule

36 hours per week.
Monday through Friday, no weekends.
Flexible shift options (8's, 9's, or 10's).

Additional Information

Able to cancel one week's worth of guaranteed hours over a 13-week period.
Care setting: Outpatient.
