Job Details

Location: Level 1 maternity unit, Ohio
Unit Details: Staff cross-trained to labor, mother/baby, newborn nursery, postpartum
Volume: 30 deliveries per month
Facilities: 6 postpartum rooms, 4 labor and delivery rooms
Orientation: 24 hours
Charting Systems: Centricity, CPSI, TruBridge - Evident
Experience Required: More than 3 years in obstetrics
Weekend Commitment: Every other weekend
Staffing Guidelines: Follows AWHONN standards
Required Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Advanced Fetal Monitoring
Education: BSN not required
License: Submission required
Trauma Level: Not specified
Care Setting: Acute
Additional Notes: Able to cancel 1 week's worth of guaranteed hours over a 13-week period.
