Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled telemetry registered nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in the telemetry unit and will be responsible for monitoring patients' cardiac and other vital signs, responding to potential emergencies, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and other vital signs.
Identify and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and nursing standards.
Operate and troubleshoot telemetry equipment.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of recent telemetry experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
