Seeking an experienced professional to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. This individual will be integral to providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients with critical conditions. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in status.
- Operate and maintain medical equipment specific to the ICU setting.
- Establish priorities in the delivery of care.
- Engage in effective communication, ensuring a collaborative environment with colleagues and healthcare staff.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, ensuring patient safety at all times.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in an ICU setting.
- Advanced knowledge of intensive care practices and procedures.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare team members.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
