Description:

Seeking an experienced professional to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. This individual will be integral to providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients with critical conditions. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled nursing care to critically ill patients.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in status.
  • Operate and maintain medical equipment specific to the ICU setting.
  • Establish priorities in the delivery of care.
  • Engage in effective communication, ensuring a collaborative environment with colleagues and healthcare staff.
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, ensuring patient safety at all times.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in an ICU setting.
  • Advanced knowledge of intensive care practices and procedures.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare team members.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required.
