Description
Position Overview
The Cardiovascular Technologist will report to the Technical Director and is responsible for the operation of radiographic equipment, hemodynamic monitoring equipment, cardiac stimulators, and CEID programmers. A solid understanding and operational knowledge of sterile technique is required.
Requirements
- A Massachusetts license is required.
- ARRT certification is required.
- BLS certification is required.
- Cardiac Cath Lab certification verification is necessary.
- Candidates should not reside within 50 miles of the facility.
Schedule and Call Duty
- On-call duty includes a minimum of one night per week (5:00 PM to 6:30 AM) and one weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday for 48 hours).
Interview and Submission Notes
- Please provide available dates and times for interviews at the time of submission.
- All requests for time off must be presented at the time of submission.
- Travelers who have worked at Beth Israel Lahey Health in any capacity within the last year are not eligible. A separation from the facility for one year is required for consideration.
Orientation
- Orientation occurs twice a month.
