Description
Responsibilities:
- Participate in pre-operative planning and post-operative management.
- Assist with surgical procedures in the operating room.
- Monitor patients' vital signs during surgery.
- Maintain sterile field and follow infection control protocols.
- Provide support and care for patients in recovery.
- Communicate effectively with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an operating room environment is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
