Pathology Assistant - Traveler

Work Site: New Hyde Park, NY

Required Qualifications: - NYS License as a Pathologists' Assistant - ASCP certification

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with complex cancer specimens

Facility Features: - Brand new grossing room with 10 stations and windows - Exakt bone saw available - Biopsies and complex specimens handled - Opportunity to gross across a broad or narrow range of cases

Workload: - 40,000 cases annually, including all subspecialties (Breast, GI, GU, Head & Neck, Pediatric, Bone and Soft tissue, etc.) - Service for both adults and pediatrics

Technology: - Voicebrook dictation system
