Description

Responsibilities

Perform vascular ultrasound imaging examinations and ensure high-quality images.
Operate ultrasound equipment and adjust settings to ensure optimal resolution for diagnostic purposes.
Collaborate with physicians to analyze images for accurate diagnosis.
Maintain patient safety and comfort during the diagnostic procedures.
Explain procedures to patients and address any concerns they may have.
Adhere to department protocols and safety standards in the clinical environment.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures performed.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited ultrasound technology program.
Certification in vascular ultrasound preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
Prepared to handle dynamic and fast-paced work environments.
