Bay State Physical Therapy is a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy in the Northeast.

Location:
161 Worcester Road, Ste 100
Framingham, MA 01701-5352

Duration:
13 to 26 weeks

Guarantee:
40 hours per week

Productivity:
55-63 patients per week

Schedule:
Open to 4x10s; must be open to 2 evenings per week (up to 8 PM)

Notes:
- Must have at least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings.
- New graduates are not accepted.
- 3 hours of HealthStream modules are required prior to starting. Completion of modules and 8 hours of work will result in a lump sum reimbursement to the agency.
