Instrument Technician in Minimally Invasive Surgical Support working in the
fast-paced Operating Room (OR).
As an Instrument Technician you will be trained to positively impact the
efficiency of the OR by:
Decontaminate soiled instrumentation, cameras,
scopes and other materials/instrumentation as needed.
Prep and pack decontaminated items for
sterilization.
Managing the maintenance, care, cleaning and repair
of our instrument/scope sets in a hands-on environment.
This role does not have direct patient
contact/direct patient care.
Requirements
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Must live within 30 minutes of our contracted hospitals, able to work flexible hours and participate in a call rotation including weekends/holidays.
Reliable transportation and the ability to be on-call.
Must be able to successfully complete on the job training including certification and company sponsored education modules.
