Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room
Location: Canton, Georgia
Employment Type: 13-Week Travel Contract

Total Pay Rate: $61/hour
Weekly Gross Pay (All-Inclusive): $2,440/week
W2 Pay (Taxable): $29.85/hour
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,246/week ($31.5/hour)
Total Compensation: W2 Pay + Stipend = $61/hour
Overtime Pay: $66/hour
Shift: 10-Hour Nights | 8:30pm-7am+ on call requirements
Schedule: Sun – Sat
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Job Summary
Intuites is seeking an experienced Travel Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) Registered Nurse (RN) to join its team. This position provides care to adult patients with complex medical and critical-care needs, including neuro, cardiac, trauma, COPD, DKA, sepsis, MI, cardiovascular stepdown, and post-operative conditions.
The unit utilizes advanced equipment and provides an opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a high-acuity intermediate-care setting. Floating is required, and chronic ventilator patients may be cared for with Respiratory Therapy support.

Skills
Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training.
Prior Operating Room experience or completion of a course in Operating Room nursing preferred. PACU
Prior PACU or ICU experience or completion of a course in PostAnesthesia Care nursing preferred All AREAS
Certified in ACLS, preferred
Applies the nursing process to assess and care for the adult, adolescent, geriatric, and pediatric patient throughout their perioperative experience.
Maintains competency in the care of the patient in the perioperative setting, specific to the area of practice and including use of required equipment.
Demonstrates proficiency in required duties and techniques, and processes inherent in performing these duties and techniques that are specific to the area of practice in the perioperative setting.
Adheres to professional requirements and recommended standards of practice of professional organizations as applicable to role in the perioperative setting (i.e., AORN Standards and Recommended Practices, Standards of Perianesthesia Nursing Practice.)
Overtime
Daily OT after 24 hours,Weekly OT after 40 hours
