Location: Lawrenceville, GA

Pay Details
Pay Rate: $50/hr
Weekly Gross: $1,800/week
Taxable/W2 Rate: $15.38/hr
Weekly Stipend: $1,246/week ($34.61/hr) for qualified travelers
Overtime Rate: $60/hr after 40 hours
Total Compensation: $50/hr (W2 Pay + Stipend)

End Time: 7:15 PM
Schedule: Varies; day shifts
Holiday Requirements: Must work 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday:
Major: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day
Minor: Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Respiratory Therapist to join the Respiratory Care team in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

The Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care services to patients requiring assessment, treatment, monitoring, and respiratory support. The position requires recent specialty experience and the ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities
Perform respiratory assessments and evaluate patients' respiratory status.
Provide respiratory treatments and therapies according to established protocols and orders.
Administer oxygen therapy and other prescribed respiratory interventions.
Assist with airway management and respiratory support as appropriate.
Monitor patients' response to respiratory treatments and communicate clinical changes to the care team.
Operate and monitor respiratory equipment according to department standards.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Follow patient safety, infection control, and respiratory care standards.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recent Respiratory Therapist experience — Required
AHA BLS — Required
ACLS — Required
PALS — Required
Georgia RRT License — Required
NBRC-RRT credential — Required
Candidate Eligibility
No local candidates within 50 miles
Candidates must be available for the specified day-shift schedule and holiday requirements
