Description
Location: Columbia, Missouri 65201
Shift: Days, Monday–Friday
Schedule: M–F Days + Rotating Call
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years RN experience; 2+ years Neuro preferred
Procedural sedation experience
IV insertion, PICC/Central Line & vascular device management
Telemetry interpretation, cardioversion/defibrillation
Circulating experience
Strong patient assessment, critical thinking & communication skills
Radiation safety knowledge
Able to work across IR/CT and adapt to changing priorities
1:1 patient ratio for procedural sedation
Procedures: CT/MRI sedation, biopsies, port/line placement & removal, chest tubes, drains, IVC filters, nephrostomy tubes, and neurovascular stroke interventions.
Medications: Versed, Fentanyl, Cefazolin, Levaquin, Lidocaine & Nitroglycerin.
Note: No Propofol drips or pressors.
Required: IV insertion, PICC/Central Line management, vascular access/care, tele interpretation, cardioversion/defibrillation, procedural sedation & circulating.
