Description
Role: Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Location: Nashua, New Hampshire
Facility Name: St. Joseph Hospital – Nashua
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Nights
Scheduled Hours: 36 Hours/Week (Guaranteed)
Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years of recent ICU experience
Experience with CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) required
Experience with Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) required
Experience using EPIC EMR
Medical terminology proficiency required
Sub-specialties:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Coronary Care
Critical Care Nursing
Certifications & Mandatory Skills:
Active New Hampshire RN License
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
AHA BLS
AHA ACLS
NIHSS
CRRT experience
Balloon Pump (IABP) experience
EPIC EMR experience
Key Notes:
13-week contract with 1 opening available.
Holiday coverage is required.
Every other weekend is required.
Floating to Progressive Care Unit (3N) may be required based on staffing needs.
Navy blue scrubs are required.
Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid.
The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts during the 13-week contract.
Active New Hampshire RN license must be in hand prior to submission.
Strong critical care assessment, communication, and clinical decision-making skills are essential for this high-acuity ICU assignment.
