Location: Gardner, MA
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours/week
Compensation:
Pay Rate: $60/hour
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,400/week, including stipend
Weekly Stipend: $1,505/week
Taxable (W2): $22.37/hour
Non-Taxable: $37.60/hour
Overtime: Available after 40 hours
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg for a 13-week assignment in Gardner, Massachusetts. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to Med/Surg patients.
Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures.
Requirements
Active RN license eligible to work in Massachusetts.
Recent Med/Surg nursing experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
