Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care

Location: Meeker, Colorado
Contract Duration: 8 Weeks
Shift: Days/Nights as assigned
Scheduled Hours: 36 hours/week
Patient Ratio: 1:5

Compensation

Blended Pay Rate: $70/hr
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,520/week, including stipend
Weekly Stipend: $1,246/week
Weekly Taxable Pay: $1,274/week
Taxable W2 Rate: $35.30/hr
Non-Taxable Stipend Rate: $34.60/hr
Overtime Rate: $80/hr after 40 hours/week

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care for an 8-week assignment in Meeker, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have strong Long-Term Care experience and be comfortable providing safe, compassionate nursing care to residents while working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to Long-Term Care residents.
Assess patient conditions and develop and implement appropriate care plans.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
Monitor and document patient conditions, interventions, and responses to treatment.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Follow infection control, patient safety, and facility policies.
Provide patient and family education as appropriate.
Maintain a patient ratio of approximately 1:5.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of nursing experience.
Recent Long-Term Care experience required.
Current, unrestricted Colorado RN license.
Current BLS certification.
ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required/listed under facility requirements.
Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
