Pay
$75/hr Blended Rate
$2,700/week including stipend
$1,246/week Stipend for eligible travelers
W-2 Taxable: $40.39/hr
Non-Taxable Housing & Meals: $34.61/hr
OT: $80/hr after 40 hours
Call Back: 2-hour minimum
On-Call: Applicable

Pay Breakdown: $40.39 Taxable + $34.61 Non-Taxable = $75/hr Blended

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Active Washington RN License
BLS/HCP required within 30 days of hire
Acute Care RN experience preferred
1+ year RN experience preferred for specialty departments
Strong critical-thinking and crisis-management skills
Ability to care for patients across the age continuum
Ability to manage equipment, tubes, and invasive lines
ACLS required within 6 months of hire
PALS or PEARS required within 6 months of hire
CPAN preferred
PACU Details
Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
Care coordination, delegation, and supervision
May function as Charge Nurse
Care for acutely ill patients in a fast-paced environment
CPR capability and physical ability to stand, walk, lift, push/pull
Total Joint Program: 4-hour orientation + 4-hour annual training
Must follow applicable Total Joint Replacement pathway

Holiday Coverage: No
Facility may cancel up to 2 shifts/month or 6 shifts during the 13-week assignment
Up to 24 hours of call-off available at no cost during assignment
