Pay Rate: $75/hr
Weekly Gross: $2,700/week
Taxable/W2 Rate: $40.38/hr
Weekly Stipend: $1,246/week ($34.61/hr) for qualified travelers
Overtime Rate: $85/hr after 40 hours
Total Compensation: $75/hr (W2 Pay + Stipend)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel RN – Operating Room Circulator to join the Operating Room team in Globe, Arizona.

The position supports a diverse surgical case mix, including general surgery, orthopedics, total joints, podiatry, OBGYN including C-sections, endoscopy, neurosurgery, robotics, ENT, and cataract procedures. The RN will provide circulating nursing care throughout the perioperative process while maintaining patient safety and collaborating with the surgical team.

The department performs approximately 120 cases per month.

Responsibilities
Provide circulating RN care throughout surgical procedures.
Prepare patients for surgery and verify required documentation and safety checks.
Maintain a safe and sterile surgical environment in collaboration with the surgical team.
Assist with patient positioning and perioperative safety.
Monitor patients throughout procedures and communicate clinical changes appropriately.
Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and other members of the perioperative team.
Complete accurate perioperative documentation.
Support surgical procedures across the assigned case mix.
Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and facility standards.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience — Required
Neurosurgery experience — Preferred
Strong circulating experience
Ability to work the Monday–Friday schedule and assigned call
Familiarity with perioperative equipment and surgical procedures
Experience with Hana Tables, Stryker, Arthrex, and Medacta equipment is applicable to the assignment
