Description

Registered Nurse – MedSurg/PCU/Telemetry

Location: Newport, Vermont
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $71/hour
Weekly Pay: $2,840/week (including stipend)
Stipend: $1,246/week
Weekly Taxable Rate: $1,594/week
Overtime available after 40 hours
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Nights
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours/week

Compensation Breakdown
Taxable W-2 Rate: $39.85/hour
Non-Taxable Stipend Rate: $31.15/hour
Blended Pay Rate: $71/hour
Weekly Compensation: $2,840/week, including stipend
Overtime Rate: $81/hour after 40 hours

Requirements
Active RN license; Vermont RN license required upon acceptance.
Strong MedSurg/PCU/Telemetry experience.
Minimum 5 years of relevant nursing experience preferred/required for the assignment.
Previous Charge Nurse experience and ability to perform charge duties.
Ability to work independently in a critical access hospital environment.
Cerner EMR experience.
Ability and willingness to float to other units as needed.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
