Description

Physical Therapist (PT) – Travel Rehab Assignment

Location: Holyoke, MA
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Day Shift)
Scheduled Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $55/hour
Weekly Gross Pay: Up to $1,980/week (Including Stipend)
Weekly Stipend: $1,414
Taxable W2 Rate: $15.72/hour
Non-Taxable Rate: $39.27/hour
Overtime: Available After 40 Hours

Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic treatments to improve mobility, strength, and function.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation programs and recovery strategies.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Requirements
Active Physical Therapist (PT) License
Current BLS Certification
Recent Physical Therapy or Rehabilitation experience preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
