Physical Therapist (PT) – Travel Contract
Location: Holyoke, MA
Facility: Stern – Regal Care at Holyoke
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Days
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours/week
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join the rehabilitation team at Stern – Regal Care at Holyoke in Holyoke, Massachusetts. The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive therapy services, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.
Compensation
Blended Pay: $54/hour
Weekly Pay: $2,160/week, including stipend
Weekly Stipend: $1,414/week
W-2 Taxable Rate: $18.65/hour
Non-Taxable Rate: $35.35/hour
Overtime: $64/hour after 40 hours
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility, balance, and functional training.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Maintain compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Requirements
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
Graduate of an accredited PT program
Current BLS/CPR certification
Previous PT experience preferred
Rehab/SNF/LTC experience preferred
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Must meet facility compliance requirements
