Description

Physical Therapist (PT) – Travel Rehab Assignment

Location: Medford, MA
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Day Shift)
Scheduled Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $54/hour
Weekly Gross Pay: Up to $1,944/week (Including Stipend)
Weekly Stipend: $1,400
Taxable W2 Rate: $15.11/hour
Non-Taxable Rate: $38.88/hour
Overtime: Available After 40 Hours

Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies.
Requirements
Active Physical Therapist (PT) License
Current BLS Certification
Minimum of 1 year of recent Physical Therapy or Rehabilitation experience preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
