Description
• Evaluate, assess, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans to optimize patient outcomes.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) eligibility.
• Strong communication, clinical assessment, and problem-solving skills.
