Description

• Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility.
• Deliver direct therapy interventions and monitor patient progress toward established goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and outcomes.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with state practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure quality care.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills with the flexibility to adapt to various patient populations and care settings.
