Now Hiring: Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Terra Alta, WV

Weekly Pay: $2,000–$2,160 (All-Inclusive)
Overtime Pay Available

Job Details

Position: Travel Physical Therapist (PT)
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Contract: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Days
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

Job Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with state practice acts
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, interdisciplinary teams, and families to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and state and federal regulations

Requirements

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
Active West Virginia Physical Therapist License (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
