Description

• Provide skilled physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines.
• Implement prescribed therapy interventions to improve patient mobility, function, strength, and overall rehabilitation outcomes.
• Deliver treatments in accordance with established plans of care and monitor patient response to therapy.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of treatments and patient progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals, home exercise programs, and functional mobility techniques.
• Communicate patient status, progress, and concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Active state PTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary care environment.

Intuites Healthcare Staffing Job ID #39669. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
