• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in compliance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence, functional abilities, and quality of life.
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions and monitor patient progress toward established goals.
• Develop, implement, and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with state practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to adapt to diverse patient populations and care settings.
