Description

• Provide skilled physical therapy services in compliance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve function, mobility, and overall quality of life.
• Deliver direct therapy interventions and monitor patient progress toward established goals.
• Develop, update, and implement treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with state practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to adapt to diverse patient populations and care settings.
