Description

• Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
• Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Deliver therapy interventions to improve independence in activities of daily living
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately and timely
• Supervise COTAs in accordance with state practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
• Maintain compliance with all safety, regulatory, and facility standards
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
• Active state Occupational Therapist (OT) license or ability to obtain licensure
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
