Description
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing function
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop, implement, and update treatment and discharge plans based on patient progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to support treatment goals
• Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance protocols
• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
• Current state SLP license required
• CCC-SLP certification or CFY eligibility required
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical problem-solving skills
