Location: Lancaster, MA
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Compensation
Blended Pay: $56/hour
Weekly Pay: $2,240/week, including stipend
W2 Taxable: $18.37/hour
Non-Taxable Stipend: $37.62/hour
Weekly Stipend: $1,505/week
Overtime: $66/hour after 40 hours/week
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week contract assignment in Lancaster, MA.

The SLP will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while developing individualised treatment plans based on patient needs.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment strategies and home programs.

Requirements
Active Massachusetts SLP License
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred/required as applicable
BLS/CPR Certification
Previous clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Available to work 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday
Must be willing to float as required
Must commit to the full 13-week contract
