Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Travel Contract

Location: Winchester, NH
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 35 Hours/Week
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime: Available after 40 hours/week

Compensation:
Blended Pay Rate: $71/hour
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,485/week, including stipend
Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,246/week
Taxable W-2 Rate: $35.40/hour
Non-Taxable Stipend Equivalent: $35.60/hour
Overtime: Available after 40 hours/week
Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week travel assignment in Winchester, New Hampshire. The SLP will provide comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing services to patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and discharge recommendations accurately.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and recommendations.
Maintain compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in New Hampshire.
Relevant education and clinical experience required.
Strong communication, assessment, and clinical documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Ability to commit to the full 13-week assignment.
