Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day Shift)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay: $65/hour ($2,600/week)
Overtime: $75/hour after 40 hours

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily nursing unit operations.
Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Monitor patient care delivery and maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Coordinate admissions, discharges, staffing, and patient assignments.
Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and facility leadership.
Assist with quality improvement initiatives, staff education, and performance management.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and administrative records.
Promote a safe, positive, and patient-centered care environment.
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience
Previous Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, or Nurse Leadership experience preferred
Current BLS Certification
Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Acute Care leadership experience preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Previous travel nursing experience preferred
