Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Hayward, CA
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Extension Opportunity: Open to 26 Weeks
Pay Rate: $75/hour
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,625 (Including Stipend)
Weekly Stipend: $1,659
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours per Week
Overtime Available: After 40 Hours
Bonus: $2,000 Quick Start Bonus
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their physical needs and goals.
Provide therapeutic treatments to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery techniques, and injury prevention.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Promote patient independence and improve overall quality of life.
Qualifications
Active California Physical Therapist License.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Minimum one year of recent Physical Therapist experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
BLS Certification preferred.
