Compensation
Weekly Gross Pay: $3,000/week
Total Pay Rate: $75/hour
W2 Taxable Pay: $33.70/hour
Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,652/week (for qualified travelers)
Overtime Pay: $80/hour (after 40 hours worked)
Schedule
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 40 hours per week
Guaranteed: 40 hours per week
Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join a healthcare team in Carmichael, CA. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain independence.

Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements
Active California Physical Therapist (PT) License.
Current BLS Certification.
Minimum of 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience preferred.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Job Summary:
Waterville is seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join its rehabilitation team. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy services to improve mobility, restore function, and enhance quality of life.

Compensation:
Total Pay: $55/hour
Weekly Gross Pay: $1,980
W2 Pay (Taxable): $20.50/hour
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,242/week ($34.50/hour)
Bonus
$1,250 Completion Bonus for a 13-week assignment
$2,500 Completion Bonus for a 26-week assignment
Responsibilities
Evaluate, treat, and monitor patients according to individualized plans of care
Develop and update treatment and discharge plans
Document patient progress accurately and timely manner
Supervise PTAs and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with state practice acts
Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary care teams, and families
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Requirements
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
Active Physical Therapist (PT) License (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and clinical settings
