Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location: Albuquerque, NM
Job Type: 13-Week Travel Contract

Compensation
Weekly Gross Pay: $1,820/week
Total Pay Rate: $52/hour
W2 Taxable Pay: $12.40/hour
Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,386/week (for qualified travelers)
Overtime Pay: $62/hour (after 40 hours worked)
Schedule
Shift: 8-Hour Days
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Days: Monday – Friday
Meal Break: 30 minutes
Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The ideal candidate will provide individualized occupational therapy services to help patients improve functional abilities, achieve greater independence, and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions based on patient needs and established goals.
Help patients improve mobility, coordination, strength, and activities of daily living.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Follow all facility safety, infection control, and patient care standards.
Requirements
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License eligible to practice in New Mexico
Relevant Occupational Therapy experience
Strong assessment, communication, and clinical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
