Assignment Details
Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Alameda, CA
Contract Length: 14 Weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day Shift)
Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Pay Rate: $75/hour
Weekly Pay: $2,700 (Including Stipend)
Weekly Stipend: $1,659
Overtime Available after 40 hours worked
Responsibilities
Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation services.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements
Active California Physical Therapist License.
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Minimum 1 year of recent Physical Therapist experience preferred.
Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills.
BLS Certification preferred.
